White Lotus gets 4 stars for being the best Vietnamese restaurant in Everett. I found the pho and rice plate surprisingly decent, the flavor was pretty good and it was reasonably priced. If you're looking for a quick fix of Vietnamese food owned by Vietnamese people, definitely come here (there are other Viet restaurants in Everett not owned by Viet people). We received pretty good service and the place is very spacious.

In short Very welcoming inside, fancy for a pho place. Food, service, and prices are all on point. In long I came in at lunchtime on a Saturday and it was pretty packed. Whatever Yelp might think of it, this place is popular. I am pretty sure the only person not speaking Vietnamese was me. It's on a bit of a hill with kind of a rad peekaboo view across the river valley to the mountains. Not what you'd expect on E Mall Way. You go up some stairs and in you go--nice wooden tables and chairs, big fish tanks at each end of the dining room, framed oil paintings, twin grandfather clocks. Not at all like any other pho joint I can think of around here. Tons of cultural artifacts, especially around the counter. You can hardly see the lady back there, but she calls out a warm greeting as soon you step in. There's a little flat screen, maybe tuned to the game, very low sound. I was the only one looking at it today. The menu is pretty short, mostly pho and vermicelli bowls. Food comes out practically right away! I ordered a large, which is on an oval crockery platter with condiments surrounding the soup. Nice presentation (also unlike any other place I can remember). The broth is dark, fairly clear, nice rich seasonings and a bit of bone stock to it. Plenty of nice pieces of meat, kinda light on noodles compared to some spots but turned out to be a nice filling serving. The hot coffee was great, and the whole meal was $22. I really wouldn't change a thing, and I hope people keep checking it out and nudge the score up a bit.

I never got what the big deal was with the pho craze but after this experience, I am hooked. My husband ordered the medium and I ordered the small (which was plenty) No. 15 which was the shrimp and veggie pho with won tons. The broth was so tasty and really didn't need anything else but my husband (a pho novice) insisted I put the Thai basil, the beansprouts and the jalapeños in my soup along with some hoisin and hot chili and sriracha. Talk about a flavor explosion! I can't wait to go back and try some other items from their menu. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful and the restaurant seemed to have an array of guests from young to old and families with small children. I highly recommend this place.

This restaurant has been here for many years but I didn't have a chance to test it out until now. It is truly a family owned and operated. The food was exceptional and the atmosphere was quite pleasant. This will be my place to go now every time I am back in Washington for a visit.

I got the fried chicken wings (cánh gà chiên) and a medium bowl pho with meat balls and steak (phở tái bò viên). I asked for the steak on the side, since I like to just cooked. Usually, it comes in the soul. Pho: This was pretty tasty. You could taste the aromatics in the pho, it was salty enough without housing sauce, and there wasn't a lot of fat floating on top. We didn't get a lot of meat balls though. Chicken wings: It came out cold in the middle in the first batch. They assured us it's cooked all the way first, then they just refry it. They gave us another batch anyway. The outside was perfectly crispy, and the chicken itself wasn't bland. Overall, this is a casual place to get a good, reliably tasty, authentic Vietnamese dinner or lunch.

Located around a bunch of other pho restaurants, White Lotus is a good Vietnamese restaurant that along with some traditional pho, also offers some unique dishes as well. Their specialties include the drunken chicken and the Banh Beo which are the steamed rice cakes combo with shrimp. The food was good but the reason to visit however are the unique dishes and specials that make it White Lotus stand out. The restaurant was clean and service was good.
